Oil Prices around $100 a barrel again
Oil prices are again around $100 a barrel. It will be interesting to see if these prices will cause problems with economic recovery. Charles Borras, energy expert, is once again interested in analysing the implications of oil prices.
Charles Borras completed his MBA studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in December 2004. Mr. Borras holds an Honours B.A. in Political Science (1988) and an M.A. in Political Science (1990) from the University of Waterloo. His M.A. Thesis was "Transnational Corporations and State Power: Copper in Chile and Zambia." He received his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law in 1993. He completed his Articles of Clerkship with Artindale & Partners in Kitchener and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1995. He practised general law in Kitchener, Ontario from 1995 to 1998 and then worked from 1998 to 2001 as Special Assistant to the Member of Parliament for Kitchener-Waterloo in the House of Commons of Canada. Mr. Borras is President & CEO of Vanguard Seas, Inc., a Website Development and Internet Marketing Company based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
